Tiffany is absolutely amazing. She is kind, patient, and truly cares about the residents she works with. She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels respected, comfortable, and supported. Staff members like Tiffany make Crown Point Health Campus such a special place. Crown Point Health care is a great community. The staff truly care about the residents and treat them with respect, patience, and compassion. You can tell they take pride in what they do and work hard to create a safe and comfortable environment. Families can feel at ease knowing their loved ones are in good hands here.

They truly provide attentive, compassionate care in a clean and well-run environment. The staff are professional, and clearly are committed to the residents’ well-being. My grandma is comfortable, and treated with dignity, which brings real peace of mind to our family. Communication is clear, and concerns are addressed promptly. Grandma speaks highly of the food, which we didn’t expect but appreciate. Overall, I’m grateful for the level of care provided.

Finding a place that handles all phases of care is rare, and this facility does it with such grace. The grounds and amenities are lovely, but the staff's dedication to making residents feel comfortable and 'at home' is what impressed me most. It’s a beautiful, supportive community

Crown Point Health Campus is outstanding! The staff are extremely professional, compassionate, and truly attentive to residents’ needs. Every resident I had the pleasure of meeting were very cheerful and spoke well of living at the facility and had zero complaints though they did have many praises especially for the new facility administrator, Tiffany. I agree, as I can feel the shift in atmosphere since this change in not only the residents but the staff in their positivity, teamwork and effort they routinely provide with compassiond love. The building is absolutely beautiful, clean and welcoming, communication was excellent from leadership to floor staff, and the care provided has been consistently high quality. You can truly tell the team genuinely cares. Highly recommend!

Very friendly and polite staff throughout the building. The therapy department is one of the best. The lobby is cozy and welcoming. Food is great and kitchen staff takes pride in their work. Activity ladies are outgoing and super interactive with the people living here. The nursing team are filled with hard working individuals.
