complete joke of A facility horrible hours horrible boss/ facility supervisors head cooking staff is unqualified for position and only in because of who they knew.

Poor management, they let people run the building with expired license and or NO license. If you don’t fit into their click they hate you. Management does little as possible but sit in there offices. Can’t keep their good staff all the good ones they ran out the door. Got people running the place that don’t have license too. Poor kitchen staff. Don’t make healthy or even edible food will just make residents peanut butter and jelly’s. Treat residents like garbage. Have given wrong meds to wrong residents multiple times. Place needs all new management and staff.

Moved my aunt in at the end of September 2020. Jami was great with working with me to get the transition smoothly completed. She worked above and beyond what was required. So far everything has been wonderful. Although she would rather be back in her home, my aunt is happy with her apartment.
