I just called there seeking to be transferred and the receptionist, Jennifer, hung up on me. I called right back and informed her that she hung up on me and she said she new because they weren't interested in what I was offering. I wasn't offering anything, just needed a couple of questions answered. She said she took all messages but when I started to name someone in the organization she pretended to transfer me there but the phone just rang. Now with being the frontline person at this community, she had a very mean way of expressing herself and represented the Crown Senior Living brand horribly.

My mother is a resident and is clearly not being "assisted" or cared for properly. She's been hospitalized twice so far for things that could have been prevented! The fact that there's no way to get ahold of nursing staff in emergencies is beyond ne! Nobody answers phones except the receptionist M-F 9a-5p. That's insane to me! What do the patients on the memory care floor do for help?? They aren't giving proper meds and don't make sure of proper hygiene being done. I asked to speak to the head of nursing and you can't even leave a voice-mail because it's full! I spoke with the case manager at the hospital and she was very well aware of how poorly this place is ran! I'm disgusted and I'll be taking this further!

My mother is in this facility. They keep giving her the run around because she's supposed to be moving to a much better home, but they're slacking. They lost her stuff. They don't keep up on her showering. They don't listen to her needs. She's in a lot of pain on her feet and they keep giving her broken promises about clipping her super long nails that are now infected. I'll be taking further action to make sure these workers get what they deserve.

We were looking at moving our Mom into this community but it proved to be a difficult and unprofessional process. Things we were told by the marketing/admission director did not actually happen and when we spoke with the Exec. Director, even she did not follow through with what she said she would do. The fact that they prematurely determined our mom was not a good fit for their community is a blessing for us. It sent up a huge red flag about the lack of communication an honesty of their staff and I am glad she will not be part of a community that does not consistently value honesty, integrity and professionalism.

I was there to do the facilities CPR training this month and the staff was very friendly and kind. Several times throughout my time there I was asked did I need anything or could the staff be of any help to me. The two male residents who sat in the front with me while I waited to be directed to where the CPR class would be performed were very kind and talked highly of the facility.
