The staff stole jewelry from my wife’s mother ($12k wedding ring). The facilities are awful and they treat the people there poorly. We received threats from the staff that they were going to harass us daily via phone calls until they got what they wanted, which was her mother to be removed from the facility, which she needed, hence “assisted living”. The nurses just sit in the back and talk and do nothing, and the residents are obviously miserable; having spoken to them I have heard their complaints mirror my own. I would only go here if you are truly desperate. Do not take any valuables.

I have been here since December 16 and I couldn’t be happier. I came from a different facility. I was very unhappy. The people here treat you with respect and dignity and everyone goes out of their way to help you in every way they can. The Director herself One of the most caring, personable people I’ve ever met. The maintenance staff Go above and beyond to help you with anything they can in a very timely manner. The food is exceptional the nursing staff as well the kitchen staff friendly, always willing to help always willing to get you what you want. The other residence are so nice and so friendly it makes it a pleasure to come out of your room every day and say hello. If anyone is considering assisted-living, I highly recommend Crownpointe Of Carmel. Thank you, Martha Barajas

We have been so thrilled with Crown Pointe of Carmel as they care for our mom. We knew she needed more than we could even offer her at our home. From the moment we first arrived to meet with Brittany and other leadership we felt at home. At Crown Pointe she loves the food, the other residents are amazing friends now and there are so many activities each day. The nursing staff is top notch and always there for any/all of her needs. It was truly an answer to prayer as we searched for the perfect place and the entire family could not be happier. Thank you to everyone at CP, we love you all.

Crown Point of Carmel is an amazing place for you to consider for your loved one! I had the pleasure of attending a resident meeting there just yesterday. The residents raved about the staff's willingness to go above and beyond for their comfort and care! Throughout the entire meeting I heard several compliments about their food stating it was too good and they couldn't be happier with the preparation and choices. Britney and T make an excellent team and are truly dedicated to making sure their residents want to call Crown Point of Carmel their forever home! As a healthcare provider it's my pleasure to partner with this kind of community!

I had the pleasure of meeting the Executive Director, Brittany Weaver, today to introduce myself and Neptune Society. Brittany was super nice, professional, and inquisitive. The facility is beautiful and clean, it is located in a great area, and it is warm and welcoming! I would recommend this facility anytime to families looking for a great place for a loved one to live! She has implemented many improvements to the facility that enhance the already serene atmosphere!
