Crownpointe Of Hartford City

Well there is very little insulation in the walls, my EAP Bill for December was $150.00 one bedroom facing the South. My thermostat was set at 67 all month and I about froze.The head maintenance man said they can't put anymore in, because there is no way of doing it. ( Never heard of not being able to put more insulation in a place before) ??? Then they also don't tell you about hearing your neighbors like you do oh no I had my on my phone recorder and the Manager at the time told me know one ever said anything about it except me !!! You have to be stupid to believe that one !!! If your real lucky and the wind is blowing very hard it's even harder back here and if it's cold and your laying on my bed on you back you can feel the cold air blow right pass your face.I have stayed here and most people won't say anything because their afraid they can't find another place and their right. Most people out here is in their 70 to 90s . So all hail to CROWN POINTE for caring about there people out here !!!!
