VITALITY LIVING PRESTON HOLLOW

As of oct 10 2025 my experience has been very dissatisfying as i see unprofessionals that dont care for the residents they lie to them just to keep them smiling also the care supervisor is runnin aides away and is messy as hell im glad my clientis no loger at this facility

Vitality living preston hollow is a beautiful place we where recently remodeled and it turned out beautiful. The atmosphere is great.

From the moment I toured the facility, I felt a sense of warmth and professionalism that sets them apart from other places. The caregivers show genuine kindness and patience, treating each resident with dignity and respect. It’s clear that they are dedicated to their work and truly care about the well-being of those they serve. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and designed with the needs of memory care residents in mind. The rooms are cozy and personalized, making it feel more like a home than an institution. The common areas are bright and welcoming, and there are plenty of activities and programs to keep residents stimulated and active. I highly recommend Vitality Living Preston Hollow to anyone in need of assisted living memory care.

I toured this community recently to consider it for my Mom. The staff greeted us with warm chocolate chip cookies. Josh was very pleasant. He showed us a large apartment and shared the beautiful renovations that they are doing. I am excited to be one of the first to reserve the new apartments for my Mom. The team is professional and the food we had was excellent. I recommend a tour to see this community. Great location and nice staff.
