My Dad transitioned to this facility last October and has been a resident of Cherished Memories (Memory Care) ever since. I have been highly impressed with the care that he has received thus far. Always looks happy when I see him. I truly do appreciate that every time there is a clinical recommendation for my Dad's care, the care team consults with me first to make sure I'm comfortable with any proposed changes prior to moving forward. Quarterly care plans are also an option, which I appreciate. My Dad's mobility isn't the greatest and it's been a relief to know that the offer onsite services such as: dentist, podiatrist, physician, physical therapy, etc. Highly recommend for their memory care services. Best facility in Plainfield and maybe even Hendricks County!

I recently had a stroke and am residing at Cumberland Trace. Since I have been a resident here, I have relearned how to use my left foot and even walked today in therapy. And thanks to my speech therapist, I can speak a lot better too. And I like the activities here, such as bingo, and I appreciate the church services; I feel very accepted. The people here have been really good to me and they really work with me, I am proud of myself and I have no complaints!

We would like to thank the staff at Cumberland Trace. The administrators, therapists and nursing staff, especially Ashley S., in Memory Care, were all very supportive, patient and empathetic to our mothers need’s during her stay. From our move in day in rehab, to our final day in memory care, the staff was attentive, welcoming and friendly. We highly recommend Cumberland Trace for your loved ones needs.

I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the unprofessional behavior of one of the nurses MS. SHAYLA who is currently employed at cumberland trace This individual has repeatedly displayed rudeness, a short temper, and an overall lack of professionalism while performing her duties. In addition to her behavior, there has been a noticeable and consistent odor of marijuana present on her person during work hours, which raises serious concerns about both professionalism and patient safety. Out of respect for privacy, I do not wish to provide the name of my family member who has directly experienced these issues, as she does not want to be treated differently after any action is taken regarding this matter. However, I felt it was important to bring this to your attention so it can be properly addressed. I trust that your facility will take the necessary steps to investigate this complaint and ensure that all patients and their families are treated with the highest level of care, respect, and professionalism. My mom was in here for Rehab, and I have to say, the care and love that staff has provided for my mom has been nothing short of spectacular! Words cannot describe how wonderful and clean this place is. My mom has only said great things about the nursing, and therapy. We were extremely skeptical of the services that she was going to get. But the team really treated my mom as if she were family. From the speech therapy to the nurses on the floor taking care of my mom. They all did a wonderful job! Mom couldn't have been any happier there. They even let my dad visit every day and he was able to eat and spend time with my mom inside her room. The love we felt as soon as we admitted into Cumberland Trace has been a blessing. I'm so glad we choose Cumberland Trace for my mom to do rehab!
