Curry House

My parents, Doug and Shirley, were both at Curry House. They moved into Curry House each experiencing several medical needs and were met with compassionionate care and kindness. We walked through each of their hospice journeys at Curry House and the staff and management went above and beyond to make this road as easy as possible. In the time that they were there, they came to look upon many of the staff and other residents like family, as do I. If you or a family member are looking for compassionate care from a staff who treats you like family, Curry House is the place you are looking for!

I’m Shirley’s legal guardian and friend and I promised her husband I would take care of her. Even though her health has slipped we know she is getting the best care here. The staff is excellent. They call me and keep me informed of anything that is going on and what her needs are. Staff go out of their way and are excellent. Especially Suzette, Carla, Emily and Michelle. From start (Rae) through now (everyone) we have been pleased with everything and everyone. Thank you!

Do NOT send your family here. The manager of the caregivers is terrible. Residents have said they don’t feel safe around her and there have been multiple reports regarding her mannerisms towards residents and staff. There is a lot of illegal firing going on in this place as well and from my knowledge they are about to be sued because they keep neglecting residents rights. Someone from the state, PLEASE do a thorough investigation on this place and please ask residents about the management because they will tell you that the abuse and harassment keeps getting covered up. Management even tried to keep medicine from residents once so please just look into this place and fire the correct people to protect our lovely elders!

We have worked closely with Curry house and the Cadillac Senior Center especially the last couple of years. Rae and the staff are awesome to work with. They have a wonderful facility as well as being very community minded. They have been very generous to "take it on the road" and bring lunch to the senior center about once a month. I have to give their CHEF Lori a big round of applause. She is absolutely amazing. Thanks Curry House!

I moved my wife into the Memory Unit at Curry House when I could no longer provide the level of care and safe environment that she needed. The staff at Curry House are extremely helpful and knowledgeable in assisting in making this difficult transition. They promptly respond with any questions we have. I, and my family, are pleased with the level of friendly, professional, service in all aspects of providing excellent care, compassion, and a safe facility.
