Some of the staff are very rude and mean to the residents and neglect them because they’d rather sit around and gossip then help the elderly. The staff have no idea how to manage their time so they can get the residents showered or even changed. It’s a very sad situation. I just hope the caregivers receive the same kind of care they give when it comes time for them to need extra help later in life.

Don't put your loved ones here. I wouldn't put my worst enemy here. It smells as soon as you walk in, the food is horrible, and no one cares about the residents except for their own family if they live close by.

If I could give this facility a negative review rating I would . Most of the staff is not trained and the administrator is useless. The place reeks and the floors are filthy. The food is unappetizing and some of the staff does not help the residents at all. The security is a joke for what is supposed to be a safe memory care facility. There are a few good people who actually care about the residents but they can’t do it all. This place needs some major upgrading and an overhaul not only on the building but also on policies and procedures.
