Finding the perfect place for your loved one when the time comes is never easy but rest assured that you will definitely not be disappointed here!! Mae and Hope are really special people and treat all of the residents and their visitors like family! I am a caregiver for their newest resident. While most care homes don't have side caregivers they welcomed my co caregiver and I with open arms and now we too have become like family! The house is very spacious and they keep it spotlessly clean! The aroma of freshly prepared meals fills the air every time I arrive! I told Mae that I love it there so much I want my own Mom to move in! Sadly they are full now as they only accept 6 residents at a time. That means more attention to all that are lucky enough to be there! My girl has been thriving since her arrival a month ago. Always happy and smiling when I visit with a lot more energy. I just can't say enough about how truly special this home is!! I've given the highest possible rating of 5 stars but wish I could give them 10!!

My special needs brother has lived here for almost a year. Caregiver Mae is absolutely the BEST! So professional and yet caring. She feels like family and we have all the trust in the world with her. She and her husband have made this home shinny, beautiful and welcoming. I would recommend this home to anyone.

My mom has been at Cychelle’s for a little over a month and while it has only been a short time I am very pleased with the care staff. Mae and Hope work wonderfully together. The common areas are clean and spacious with wood floors and the bedrooms are however you may decide to set them up. The cleanliness and lack of clutter seems to keep a brighter mood in the house. They are organized and helpful. The biggest highlight for me is that both Mae and Hope have taken the time to have a personal relationship with my mom who is non-verbal. They are both upbeat when I come in and my mom feeds off of that. They do their part to interact with my mom and do little things to make her smile. My mom has been kept clean and looks good everytime I come over. My family visits often. All things considered my mom seems to be enjoying her stay as much as I could have imagined and her body language is better than it was before she got to Cychelle’s. I have seen Mae jump up from whatever else she might be doing to check on other residents if she hears them calling. They have a ring camera doorbell and a sign-in / sign-out sheet for when we take my mom to something like a family event or just out for a walk. Our family is very happen with what we have seen so far.
