CYPRESS COURT ESCONDIDO

I’m always impressed with Mom’s assisted living community. We went to the NYE celebration last night and had such a ball. The staff put so much into each event. The food is always delicious, timely, elegant. Last night, Lobster tail! And the party after included drinks, dancing, and balloons! There were so many smiles. My mother isn’t the only one that felt like a kid! Thank you Cypress Court!

So grateful to the wonderful staff for taking such good care of mom. She is making friends and thriving with so much to do. No more driving, cooking and cleaning have been a life saver. If you need a safe, comfortable place with LIVELY people and truly dedicated staff who care then this is the place for you.

My parents are going into their 2nd year living in Cypress Court. During certain health events, their nursing staff provided great support. Operations and service personnel are always helpful to me and my parents. Their restaurant personnel are always willing to help, but the food is average at best. I would have given them a 5 star, but their restaurant offerings need to improve.

My parents have been residents here for the past 2 1/2 years. Their apartment is extremely spacious and the other residents are very social and friendly. What sets this place apart is the staff. Always smiling and will go out of their way to be helpful. In particular the nursing staff is fantastic. Dustin heads up the staff. He makes sure that each and every resident is well-cared for. My parents have both had a few health issues and I am easily able to contact him. This is HUGE for me as I live out of state. I'm very grateful for the extremely fast responses to my queries. The nurses and aides are extremely caring and treat my parents with respect as well. Knowing that the staff is there for whatever they need is wonderful. I totally recommend Cypress Court due to the care my parents have received.

Caring and professional staff. Beautiful rooms and a warm, welcoming community. Seriously good food. I was impressed with how happy and friendly the residents were. I think that is a true sign of the quality of care and service provided. Management is up to date with the latest in safety and training.
