Finding Dad’s Place in Loomis has been a true blessing for our family. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and embraced. The staff is incredibly kind and compassionate, treating both our dad and us like family. They were always available to address any questions or concerns we had, making us feel reassured every step of the way. The home itself is pristine, inviting and homey making it feel warm and welcoming. Our dad was not only well cared for but truly loved. They accommodated all of his unique needs related to dementia, ensuring he felt at home. The food served is delicious, and they always made sure he enjoyed his meals. What stood out most was the education and support provided through the journey of dementia. They guided us on what to expect, and when the time came for our dad, they held his hand and ours, making the process much easier and more comforting. We are forever grateful for the love and care Dad’s Place provided, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for compassionate care for their loved ones facing dementia or Alzheimer’s. Thank you, Dad’s Place, for everything you’ve done for our family!

My mom was in dad’s place in Loomis and I can’t say enough amazing things about this board and care. My mom gained weight after moving here and I was actually able to see her happy. I know that Natalie, the owner, genuinely cared for my mom. I would hands down recommend this place. Before moving my mom here she was at a large facility that cost close to double and did not even come close to the quality of care that my mom received here.

When my husband and I were searching for a place for my dear mother in-law, this place checked all the boxes. It’s homey, the house is clean and modern, it has a lovely back porch to sit and enjoy the birds and trees, it has a beautiful garden, and it’s located in a quiet rural area but still close to town. I think we made a good choice! My mother in- law was well cared for and they only take a maximum of 6 residents so it doesn’t feel institutional like bigger facilities. The owner Raisa, is wonderful and caring. She is quick to take care of any questions or concerns because her residents and their families are her top priority. Thank you Gold Age Villa and staff for caring for our mom💞 We are thankful.

Raisa and her husband have run this successful board and care home for many years - they are very attentive to the needs of the residents and provide complete care in a charming home-like setting. My mom loved sitting on the sunny back porch in the evening sun while talking with friends and family. It is difficult and complicated when taking care of an elderly person - but GoldAge Villa did a great job with my mom.

English is not the first language in this care home both with staff and management. Make sure all clothing is well marked. They recommend nothing of value should be left with family member. Good basic care is provided. Staff seldom answers the house number.
