One big negative, the parking is horrendous. The area has a two story building and not enough parking, and when 3 or 4 transport vehicles show up to deliver or pick up patients there's no way to get into the driveway or the facility , never mind parking. Sometimes the right lane becomes blocked at 49th Ave. from vehicles waiting for the parking area to clear in order to enter as the large people movers have no where to go. You may find yourself driving around until it clears. Really, Miami Welness needs a better facility for their patients.
