From Melissa the administrator, Kristen the head nurse to Marrison assisting & caring for every resident with a smile…..everyone here is great. They take great care of dad with his special needs. Darlington Memory Lane has been an incredible support for our family throughout my mother’s dementia journey. From the very beginning of her diagnosis, the staff has taken such thoughtful, compassionate care of her. Their kindness and patience have made an incredibly difficult time much easier for our family. Kristen especially has gone above and beyond — her dedication, communication, and genuine care do not go unnoticed. Knowing my mother is treated with dignity and respect gives me such peace of mind. I am truly grateful to the entire team at Darlington Memory Lane.

Kristin was the best! She took care of mom until The end. She was a daughter to her when we couldn’t be there. She is now family to us.

Love the nurse Kristen at this establishmeant, she was great to return calls right away and order tests if we requested them much better than the management that you couldn't get a call back from. Our family member was there for 3 and a 1/2 years.They claim to be family when she passed. Not even a call or a card from Margaret or melissa. Melissa always found an excuse why she couldn't talk to you at that moment and would never call you back. Overall if you choose to have your loved one here, please be on top of this establishment for their care, cleanliness and your peace of mind.

I personally know a nurse that works in this facility, I’ve been in the facility looking around for future for a family member . I see a lot of renovations in the buildings which I’m very satisfied about. I did meet with Melissa, which she was very nice. The place does look beautiful, and myself personally, knowing one of the longtime nurses Kris is great… I highly recommend Darlington!
