I feel blessed that we found Bay Harbor for my husband. The employees were so caring and always interacting with the residents. I don't believe any other place could compete with the quality of care we received or their kindness. The facility is beautiful and very well designed. I highly recommend checking out Bay Harbor for your loved one.

My mother has been here for over 2 years & they are on their 5th director. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I was warned about it but thought with new owners and wanting to honor a grandmother they would be sure to have a nice place. We'll, guess I was wrong. Grandma Marion is rolling over in her grave for sure. Now it is the 6th director! Keep this one - she is good! This review was for Koselig House. It is now run by Bay Harbor where many improvements have been made & I would recommend them.

My husband has been at Tender Reflections, currently Koselig house since November 2021. From November 2021 to November 2022 there was continually change, new name, help and change in director. During this time there was no communication with directorship when asking questions. I would ask for my husband to be showered before an appointment and I put out clean clothes. He would show up at the appointment unshowered and not in his clean clothes. One of many examples during that time, Nov 2021 to Nov 2022. Fast forward to November 22–temporary help til a Director/ RN was hired roughly February 2023. Things improved greatly taking us to today where there is a Director/RN on staff and things get done. So great to have someone to get answers from and a hands on person. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Thank you to each and every one as you are very special people. I greatly appreciate the help and knowledge Heather and her staff have. Regarding the photo on these reviews. If it is not a staged photo why would a helper be taking pictures when they should be helping the resident and or cleaning up. Another thought, the cleanup might have to have been left behind to attend to the resident. Cleanup can be second and the resident first.

My dad was recently there as a 28 day respite patient. All of the staff was so friendly and inviting, always greeting me with a smile and so helpful when I asked for assistance with anything. Heather and the nursing staff were amazing. The kitchen staff did wonderful also with accommodating my dad's pickiness for food. All I can really say is..Thank you for everything you did and continue to do. I will highly recommend this place to others.

In our journey in finding a new forever home for our Dad, we found the Koselig House! My sister and I toured the facility and was very pleased with what we had seen. The facility is clean, the entrances to the residents rooms are large for easy access for residents in a wheelchair. The bathrooms are spacious and again, easy access. They have a beautiful back porch for residents to sit outside (weather permitting) and enjoy the scenery including wildlife(deer) and can see the ball diamond nearby. Once we toured this facility (and I had toured at least 6 other places), my heart told me this is the place for my Dad. Sue, VP Business Development and Clinical Services, sat down with us and really listened to what our Dad’s needs are and then referred us to the Director, Heather, who followed up with a personal assessment. Both have been so companionate throughout this difficult task of finding a forever home for our Dad. Our family is looking forward to moving our Dad to the Koselig Place as I’m confident he will get the care, support and quality of life he so truly deserves. ❤️
