I had an amazing experience with Cassidy she made me feel so welcome within this transition of my life right now, she kept it honest and straightforward with me she never made me feel less than compared to other experiences that I had with leasing agents. If your are looking for someone who will be honest , straightforward, professional, and respects your time than Cassidy is the one to call and look for!!!! Amazing experience amazing apartment 10 out of 10 and I would do it over and over again!

This is the first time in years where I have been able to have a smooth experience with finding a place. Since I am not local, Cassidy has been so helpful and honest about everything, which made the process less stressful. I am excited to join the community and I am glad to have Cassidy to help me through everything!

Durham Holdings 400 Lp doing business as SOHO Apts and Friedlam Management knows the BEDBUGS are there. Living In the Carpet. I moved out of Apt C5 in december and I couldnt for the life of me figure out why they would charge me exuberant amounts for the carpet? Surely they replace the carpet as good practice when someone moves out? Surely this is customary? WRONG. If you LOOK by the trash cans not only will it always be overflowing but you will forever see mattresses and people hard earned furniture!! They are not throwing these out because they moved or because they are redecorating its BED BUGS. Now because I got my family out of there they are trying to charge me for 7 year old carpet. They know of the bed bugs. I have emails. My children had bite marks on their face and in their head! Thousands of dollars in medical care, and when I finally had enough to get my family to a safer place I get a bill. For Carpet. The other stuff I dont mind. Im just not able to pay it due to the carpet charge. I was going to walk away without a word. Then The lady in the rent office told me that, its NOT ABOUT HOW LONG THE CARPET HAS BEEN IN A UNIT. Its about the condition. So basically if it looks good they dont check it. My carpet didnt look bad! I did take pics and videos on my move out day because I had a feeling.

I moved out on 12-1-25 due to a BED BUG infestation and mold. Building C5 to be exact. These apartments are riddled with bed bugs, mold & faulty wiring. My children developed MEDICAL CONDITIONS & my doctor recommended we move! Our LIVES WERE AT STAKE! These pictures were taken 12-1-25, ppl are NOT just throwing away their furniture, tvs and mattresses its BED BUGS and I have video I will be posting including a recorded call I had with an agent in JANUARY. Now that I have moved out a woman from the rent office is attempting to EXTORT me, saying I owe hundreds of dollars for the carpet they NEVER replaced for 7 years❗️❗️. I have more pictures of all the BED BUGS, Mold in the bathroom, maintenance issues and so much more UNDER THE NEW MANAGER who said they would be sending this to collections and advised me to GET A LAWYER❗️because they will not remove the unfair charge and I have filed a complaint with housing authorities. I also have videos and reports about the water in my apartment, conversations with maintenance and more. I wanted to move on quietly but the lady at the rent office threatened me with a LAWYER AND COLLECTIONS & I have reached out to FRIEDLAM ASSOCIATES because im ready!!

I WISH I COULD LEAVE NEW REVIEWS!!! Please do not move here!! PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE ARE TERRIBLE AND WILL LIE! I asked for pest control and the closed my work order saying they sent me a email, WHICH THEY NEVER DID AND NEVER DO !! Terrible experience!! My first apartment was ran down and infested with roaches, I had to pay in order to get moved into a different apartment. I can never reach anybody on the phone. Everytime I request pest control they state it can only be sprayed monthly and even then my apartment gets skipped. Bugs everywhere. You can never use the gym or pool. It’s always an extra charge on the bill that everybody claims to not know about. I’ve just had a horrible experience since the first day. Corporate doesn’t care either. If you can save yourself a headache DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Also most of the good reviews are from people who work in the office don’t be fooled! The community is not nice and clean!! On weekends people stand in front of the building and stairs drinking and playing loud music all night, in the mornings the beer bottles are all over the grass.
