Visited a friend who's very happy and satisfied to "being at home," as he says it. They have lots of activities postings and residences meetings (which is good in my opinion where all issues/concerns are addressed as one). A couple of eating out places across the street, though they have a cafeteria on the 1st floor. There's more I can say; it's worth checking out.

First time visiting a relative here. I'm sure this place was amazing when it was new but it's time to update it. The people are wonderful and we had a great time.

Deerwood Crossing Senior Residences is modern, well decorated, and my 2-bedroom apartment is spacious with in-unit washer and dryer! It's my plan to move to the attached newer DCSR building that will offer me a patio or balcony. Being in a wheelchair -- private access to outdoors would be ideal. Wish me luck! The best part about life at DCSR is it is a smoke-free community, quiet, clean and surrounded by green space. Additionally, DCSR offer FREE heat, WiFi, underground parking and monthly volunteer s who deliver Hunger Task Force nutritional stock boxes. I'm an independent resident. But I have the peace of mind knowing that, should I need it, DCSR offers assisted livihu support services are available for people requiring assisted living. I moved to this gorgeous, diverse, well planned and programmed senior community in March 2020 -- compassionately owned by Jewish Family Services of Milwaukee (kudos Dan). The other big plus, DCSR is competently managed by ACC Management Group in Oshkosh that provides friendly, helpful and responsive community management (Stacy) and maintenance (Scotf). Trust me, I do not regret my move to DCSR one iota. I look forward to many years of comfortable tendency! Finally, folks out there PLEASE pray with me folks that I can move into a unit with a patio or balcony when one becomes open -- that will greatly enhance and sweeten my already satisfied living experience. #ThereIsNothingTooDifficul
