I LOVE DEL CERRO ELDER CARE, AND ALL OF THE STAFF AND CAREGIVERS! There was a bit of hesitancy when placing my mother, as she has early onset alzheimer’s and her behaviors could be a bit unpredictable, but the team immediately accepted her as family. they constantly are doing full body checks ensuring her skin is doing well, there is no neglect. They started a group text thread to communicate easily with my family, and the best part the food is fresh and prepared daily. I have yet to see a microwave used. Residents are in their own room and have plenty. of space to roam around and in my mother’s case, boogie! The caregivers took their time in learning about how to provide care to my mother, eager to learn how to style black hair and keep her skin moisturized. Jenny is the most involved manager I have ever met in a board and care and I wish more would be like her. all our loved ones deserve this type of care

We are very grateful for the opportunity to have our dearest and loved Mom, grandmother and mother in law have such wonderful care from amazing and caring staff! Nikki, Jenni and Abhy helped with getting her needs met with the hospice team and when we had concerns they communicated quickly with reassurance and gave us reassurance with any and all of my mom’s needs. The staff caring for my mom go above and beyond and the home is always clean and the meals made fresh.
