My 92yr old aunt had been at The Courte for almost 8 months now and we really love this facility. The staff is incredibly loving with the residents. They are attentive to them as well and keep families informed of any change in condition or anything out of the normal. My aunt loves all of the activities they do from painting and bingo to exercise time and morning brain activities. I’ve dropped in unannounced many times and have always been happy with the care I witness. All of the staff is wonderful.

The staff at The Courte at Citrus Heights are incredibly patient and caring, always going above and beyond to make sure my loved one feels safe and supported. The community feels like a true home, with a friendly and familiar atmosphere where residents can socialize and participate in activities they enjoy. Their activities program is fantastic, offering a variety of stimulating options that cater to different levels of cognitive ability, keeping residents engaged throughout the day. The care plans are individualized to each resident's specific needs, ensuring they receive the right level of support and attention. The staff truly respects the dignity of each resident, treating them with kindness and understanding at all times. The facility is immaculately clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant and comfortable living environment for residents. Their communication with family members is excellent, providing regular updates and involving us in important decisions regarding our loved one's care.

I can't say enough great things about The Courte at Citrus Heights! The memory care provided here is truly exceptional. The staff is phenomenal—compassionate, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make residents feel at home. Every time I visit my aunt, the facility is spotless and smells fresh, which gives me such peace of mind. Most importantly, my aunt has absolutely thrived since moving in. Seeing her happy and well-cared for means the world to me. I highly recommend The Courte to anyone seeking quality memory care for a loved one! ♥️

The Courte at Citrus heights is a beautiful and quaint memory care building with a charming, home like environment. The building is so full of life and fun! The residents are always doing something active and interacting with one another. The true gems of this place are the staff! From the moment you walk in the door till the time you leave the smiles on the residents and staffs face make you want to stay. Kylie, the administrator runs a thoughtful and well-oiled machine, where staff and residents feel cared for and at home. Hannah, their marketing director has a heart of gold! Jasmine, their clinical director manages the care staff and residents with kindness and grace. From reception, to activities, marketing to the care staff everyone is inviting and make this facility feel like a home! I would highly recommend! ❤️

The Courte at Citrus Heights is a wonderful facility. Your loved one will receive excellent care and attention. The staff is friendly and attentive to the needs of the residents and the grounds are wonderfully tended to. Hannah Pryor always has a smile on her face and she genuinely cares about the needs of the residents. They genuinely smile and laugh when she engages with them. If you are looking for a place for your elder loved to live and be cared for, where they will be safe and looked after, The Courte at Citrus Heights is the perfect place. It does cost more than some other facilities but it is worth the money.
