Desano Place Village Memory Care

Bill was in another facility prior to coming to DeSano Place Village. . What a difference! The staff is highly trained in handling Alzheimers Disease. Bill has received very good care. The facility is set up where he can go outside anytime he chooses, and it has a comfortable home like atmosphere. The staff keeps me informed, and they are receptive to my concerns. My overall experience has been very positive!

I am so happy that we found DeSano Place for my Uncle's care. The facility is very inviting and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, safe and very accessible. I find the staff to be extremely friendly, compassionate and patient with the residents. I am very impressed with the personalized care plan they prepared for my uncle and how they go above and beyond to find ways keep him engaged and stimulated. I Can’t imagine my Uncle getting better care anywhere else. This is a special place with special people. Thank you so much for what you have done for my uncle and the other residents. I wish there was a choice for six stars!

I can’t express enough my joy in finding DeSano Place for my partner who had Alzheimer’s. The care and concern and love from all the caregivers and especially his nurse, Desi was so special. He was loved and cared for as if he were family. Terry, who at the time was the owner, even came up to Ketchum for his celebration of life. Desi, his nurse, gave a wonderful talk at his Celebration of Life. They were his family and again, what they did for him was beyond special 💞🫠

My mom has been with DeSano for the past several years for memory care and assisted living. She is happier than she has ever been. I believe it is because she has loving, compassionate staff surrounding her and keeping her on a predictable schedule. She has lots of interaction and activities with peers, facilitated by dedicated assistants. The staff communicates with me very efficiently about mom's needs. DeSano has hosted several special events that include family members. I am so grateful for such a professional, loving team for my mom!

After considering at least 8 memory care facilities in Boise and Twin Falls I found the perfect fit for my husband at DeSano Place in Jerome. The “house” is bright and cheery, the rooms are spacious and the grounds are beautiful and safe. The staff to resident radio is excellent and the staff and administrators are caring, professional and just plain fantastic. My husband wasn’t there long before he passed, the the care and just love they showed him (and) me made a sad and difficult transition peaceful and graceful I will be forever grateful - thank you
