I highly recommend Desert Cottages . Liz does a wonderful job providing care for her residents . She is very hands on . I have known Liz for 20 + years . She is wonderful & compassionate

I will forever regret placing my father at Desert Cottages and unfortunately, cannot rate this facility a zero. At this time, I am very limited to what i can state in my review, however, I feel it is important to publicly document that there is a lot more going on at Desert Cottages behind closed doors than meets the eye and hidden from the public. Fortunately for us, my father is able to articulate the lack of care by current staff, amongst other things, that happens in this place. I have made an attempt to discuss these concerns with the Facility Director, Liz Hengstler, however, to no avail, as she was not interested to discuss them at that time, which was a critical time period to do so. I strongly encourage anyone considering to place their loved one in this facility to look somewhere else. You owe it to your loved one.
