My experience with desert hills would be from years of visiting the facility as a local hospice/home health LVN. I feel like the facility has maintained a lot of consistency over the years in providing care for folks with memory challenges. I am now a local hospice liaison and had the chance to view the living spaces after the upgrades and the place looks great. While still being reasonably priced. The physical location is actually very nice as well with outdoor views of the local foothills and mountains. So I would recommend checking them out and making the drive down and seeing for yourself what they can offer. Regards

My wife has been a resident here for over two years. The facility is clean and well run with a caring staff. They keep the patients engaged in various activities and regularly schedule events that include family members. A full-time nurse is always present to address any medical needs and notify you immediately of any health issues that they have addressed. I have found the staff to be respectful to the patients and families as well. It is expensive as are all adult care facilities but the stress relief of having her in a secure and safe environment is priceless.
