ORCHID PARK CARE HOME

Do not let any loved one reside here. We trusted this place and found my brother unbathed and had food stains ( unchanged for days) all over him with urine stains. No bottled water and empty alcohol and drug pipes (not just weed) and heard horror stories from so many residents. His place was trashed and didn't even have a walker in his room. We had to find one. He could barely walk and was told he had fallen and no caregiver even helped. Only excuses for not being cared for. Hoping this place gets shut down. We were ripped off ( $2400 a month) and my brother died shortly after we arrived ( we moved him). The room was like a big closet. Urine bottle on the ground. My brother was suppose to be under "hospice" care. I suspect fraud with Medicaid / Medicare. Reported to agencies. Head person refuses to pass on owners info ( llc) and attorney's info after a request. She refused to even come meet us after 6 days. I feel for the other guests who are stuck there. This could be a nice place if remodeled and mgmt changed. Feel free to reach out. I have more to share. This place was shut down in 2000 due to operating without a license.

This place treated my mom like a prisoner she just died this week she gave up they wasn't letting visitors family members to see her wouldn't take ñ my calls to set up visits there food is horrible they have no set up activities took 5 hours to get a nausea pill to her one day my mom died do to this place the park

Avoid this place at all costs! Professionalism? What a joke. This has to be one of the worst facilities in Arizona to have your family member cared at. The staff is rude and extremely disrespectful, not to mention they completely neglect their clients needs. I wouldn’t step foot near this facility as it seems to be a failing business (help wanted signs everywhere, poorly trained staff, nonexistent health standards). I was absolutely disgusted with my visit and wouldn’t wish their service on my worst enemy. “Rose” pictured here led the belligerent disrespect while simultaneously taunting clients. Unbelievable.

Terrible assisted living home! They don’t care for the clients , nor the caregivers. I’ve seen multiple elder clients falling to the ground and haven’t seen a single staff member go and assist. DO NOT bring your loved ones here , this place needs to be shut down.

Management don't return calls ever and if your love one passes away they don't care and not one of them have the ability to call you and offer some kind of sympathy or anything. Sad my mom passed but glad she out of that place 😪
