My brother Mark lived here for over 4 years. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate everyone that works at this facility. They treated him as family. When things became difficult they stepped it up. The love and care that these nurses have at this facility are top notch. I never felt he was not being looked after. From the front desk manager to the facilitator , everybody had his best interest at heart. Every single one of you did your best and we as a family appreciate you very much.

To honor our mom’s wish to remain in Las Vegas and maintain her independence, we researched numerous retirement communities that fit her budget and needs. After touring Desert Spring Senior Living, we knew it was the right choice. It offers the perfect balance of independence and support. She has her own studio and is part of a welcoming, well-supported community. From the initial tour through move-in and beyond, Ms. Teagan has been extremely helpful, and every staff member we’ve encountered from maintenance and activities to medical has been kind, professional, and genuinely supportive. Since we live out of state, having direct contact information and responsive communication has been helpful. The team even went above and beyond by helping assemble my mom’s bed when it arrived after I had already left. Desert Spring Senior Living has been an exceptional choice for our family. As our mom settles in, we’re confident she’ll build friendships and find favorite activities. We’re grateful she has a place she can call home, with a support system that cares for her like family.

Desert Springs Senior Living Community is amazing! Our loved one is so happy there and our family is so thankful that she is well cared for, loved and most importantly safe. So far all of the employees we’ve met have been incredible, but we need to give a special shout out to Tegan. From the beginning of our journey to find a home, Tegan went above and beyond to help us. Her knowledge of the industry, compassion and genuine love for others is truly angelic! I want to share what a wonderful experience I’ve had with Desert Springs Senior Living. From the very beginning, Teagan made the move-in process smooth and special. The staff has been incredible—John at the front desk has been so helpful with anything we’ve needed, and Mike has made sure that any special requests or concerns were taken care of right away. We’ve also received ongoing support from Val, which has been such a comfort. When the staff is this dedicated, it truly makes all the difference. Thank you to everyone at Desert Springs for the care, kindness, and commitment you show every day to the seniors who live here—you really do make it special!

We recently moved my dad in Desert Springs and have had a wonderful experience so far. Tegan was (and still is) AMAZING with answering all of our questions, helping with every part of the process, and making us feel comfortable and prepared. The community is cozy and inviting and everyone is so friendly. Everyone has gone above and beyond to help us and has been so welcoming to my dad. Very thankful we found Desert Springs!
