Diamond ALF is a place where you can truly see the difference that compassionate care makes. The staff treats residents with respect and genuine kindness, and there’s a strong sense of teamwork throughout the community. It’s comforting to know that residents are not just cared for, but truly valued. I would confidently recommend Diamond ALF to any family looking for a safe, supportive, and home-like environment for their loved one.

From the moment you walk into this senior living community, you feel it — a warm, welcoming, family atmosphere. It doesn’t feel institutional at all. It feels like home. The new management team has truly made a difference. They are caring, approachable, and always available to answer questions or address concerns. What stands out most is how genuinely invested they are in the residents’ well-being. You can see that they take the time to listen, connect, and make everyone feel valued. It’s comforting to know that leadership is hands-on and truly cares about creating a safe, supportive, and happy environment. If you’re looking for a senior living community where your loved one will be treated like family, this is definitely a place to consider.

Diamond Assisted Living and Memory Care in Green Cove Springs is the gold standard. The community is spotless, welcoming, and genuinely feels like home. Caregivers are attentive, patient, and consistent, and the life-enrichment team keeps residents engaged with activities that are meaningful, not just time-fillers. A huge difference-maker here is Executive Director Dawn Moore. She sets a high bar and it shows. Dawn communicates clearly about care plans and next steps with the growth of community. When concerns come up, she addresses them quickly and professionally. From the quality meals to the thoughtful memory-care support, everything is handled with dignity and respect. If you’re looking for a place where your loved one will be seen, heard, and genuinely cared for, Diamond Assisted Living and Memory Care delivers five-star peace of mind—thanks in no small part to Dawn Moore and her outstanding team.

I am very pleased with Diamond Assisted Living and Memory Care. Since the very beginning of visiting the facility and making preparations, my family has been treated with care and respect. All the staff are exceptional and are always willing to help. The administration, nursing staff, aids, ground keepers, and others are very caring and work hard to provide for the needs of my loved ones. The facility is beautiful and is well taken care of and maintained. Housekeeping does a great job. I am at peace knowing that my family members are being well taken care of during this stage of life. I am always contacted and made aware of any need that may arise. Everything that your loved one may need is available if needed, or can be scheduled, such as haircuts, PT, or other specific specialist or treatment. I am very thankful for Diamond and the care my family members receive daily. Administration is a wealth of knowledge and can help you with any concerns or resources you may need.

Update: it is now 7 months since Dad moved in and we are still having a great experience. Thank you all! My dad moved into Diamond as an ALF resident a month ago today. He was in a different Assisted Living prior to Diamond as a result of left side paralysis after his stroke. He had almost nothing good to say about his prior living arrangements; however, I don't think I've heard him say one negative thing about Diamond yet. When he had to go to the hospital for a medical emergency, the staff were waiting to welcome him when I brought him back. I'm amazed at how helpful they have been. Diamond has a wide range of visiting specialists which makes it convenient for your loved one to get the medical care they need. The receptionist Derek actually returns voicemails (unlike prior establishments I've worked with), and the maintenance technician Chris went out of his way to help me with Dad's TV and other things. This facility is smaller (fewer residents) than where Dad was before and I think that helps. Somehow they actually coax Dad out of his room to participate in activities which, knowing my Dad's personality, is an accomplishment. I know Dad has only been there a month and it's hard to draw conclusions quickly; but given we have experience to compare to, I'm optimistic and hopeful that this continues to be a great home for Dad. Thank you Sandy, Chris, Chris, Veronica, Bree, Charlene, Derek, Jessica, Marty, and the rest of the team!
