I can simply not say enough good things about this board and care. Kimberly the owner and her caregiver’s are incredible. They were first and foremost kind, empathetic, understanding and genuinely invested in making it the best for my mom and our family. Little back story, we had horrible previous experiences at a few board and care’s. I had very HIGH HIGH HIGH expectations of the place my mom was going to spend the remainder of her life. They exceeded my expectations. Our situation was very unique and my mom had lots of ups and downs and Kimberly and her team did everything to make my mom feel safe, loved, comfortable. Kimberly had adequate staff for the needs of the residents. They prepared hot meals and would even go out of their way to ask my mom and buy specific snacks and drink per the requests she had. (Meant evening to my mom who was a foodie). They were very communicative, and the rare occasions I couldn’t be around they answered every phone call and helped me speak with my mom. The facility was very clean, and being there a lot, I saw the time and effort that went into that. Not only was I happy with the care my mom received, my mom was over the moon and truly loved being there. Best feeling as a loving daughter that only wanted the best. Forever thankful for the diamond residential team, who became family to us. She had one unexpected hospital stay due to her cancer and she was memorizing the name of the board and care and was adamant she needed to go back. That’s what she did and she was beyond happy. I think that alone speaks volumes🤍

My father has been here for a year and I could not be happier. The place is clean! He is well cared for, great communication from owner.
