DIGNIFIED HOME CARE LLC

Fantastic care. We had mom in a well known corporate run facility in Folsom. We kept adding on care charges but the results were not as expected. Her room would not be clean and there was very little interaction with staff even after questions were raised. It became obvious that she was just a large monthly source of revenue. We contact "All About Seniors" [first rate source of help] and Carly recommended Dignified Home Care. We moved mom the next weekend. Dignified Home Care has been far better than we anticipated. The staff are very caring and give significant attention to all the residents. Rose and Julius are the owners and have helped us immensely. Melba and Rico perform the daily care with compassion. I have visited every day since the move. I have witnessed a marked improvement in moms attitude, interaction and overall well being. At the prior facility I would feel bad about the food she was given. At Dignified Home Care each meal is nutritious and she says its tasty. Truthfully I have been tempted to eat there. Melba and Rico take the residents outside to enjoy the sun and exercise, something that never happened at the Corporate facility. One day when mom was having a very bad emotional setback; Melba sat next to her, held her hand on a loving way and talked her into singing. Moms spirits turned around. I could write so many more positive first hand experiences about Dignified Home Care. Instead I will end this by stating that it has been a blessing to have found them. She as well as all the residents are fortunate to have such care and true compassion. Your loved one will be well cared for and you will be able to rest with much less worry.
