The caregivers were exceptional—consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely compassionate. They were always responsive to her needs and concerns. Whether it was assisting with daily activities or simply offering a kind word and reassurance, they treated her with dignity and respect at all times. It gave our family great peace of mind knowing she was in such capable and caring hands. We also deeply appreciated the accessibility and communication from the owners, Paul and Geno. They were always available to answer questions, provide updates, and address any concerns promptly and thoughtfully. Their hands-on involvement truly sets this home apart. Dignity Homecare took ownership of the facility in 2024 where my mom had previously lived since 2023. From the very first introduction with the new team, I knew she was safe and well cared for. Paul has excellent communication skills and is very responsive. Whenever behavioral, medical, or procedural issues have come up with my mom, he's worked with us in a way that was thoughtful and holistic. He has made suggestions that have increased her quality of life, and I truly feel he has the best interests of the residents at heart.

From the moment my family stepped into Dignity Homecare, we were immediately embraced by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Every time we entered, we were greeted with friendly hellos, and it was clear that the staff truly valued the residents and their families. I’ll never forget seeing my dad smiling as he engaged in conversation with the staff or as he pedaled his floor bike alongside the other residents while they watched the Olympics in the family room. The care, attentiveness, and dignity shown to my dad were beyond our expectations. The owners, Paul and Geno, were exceptional in keeping us well-informed and updated, always available to address any questions or concerns. More importantly, they made us feel that they genuinely cared about my dad, far beyond a professional obligation. They took the time to chat with him about his Navy days, played his favorite movies, assisted with exercise routines, and always ensured his comfort—these are the situations we truly appreciated! Additionally, Paul and Geno maintained professionalism in all business matters while fostering a personal, compassionate approach to my dad’s health and well-being. The caregivers were incredibly kind and quick to attend to my dad’s needs, ensuring he was clean, safe, and comfortable. The house itself was always spotless and radiated positive energy, creating an environment that felt like home.
