Dimensions has done a great job caring for my loved one. EVERYONE—from the front desk staff to the nursing staff, dining staff, executive director, activities director, head nurse, etc. —cares about the residents. Speaking of residents, they are a wonderful group of people who like to have fun and look after one another. There are a lot of fun activities throughout the day. I have been pleased with the love and care my loved one has received. The executive director has updated the facility, making it feel like home. There is strong communication between the staff, residents, and family members. Whenever I have a concern, question, or word of praise, they are quick to respond. I have checked out other facilities, and am glad my loved one is at Dimensions.
