DIMENSIONS LIVING STEVENS POINT

My uncle has lived here for 1 1/2 years now. I am very impressed with both the staff and the facility. They are caring and respectful to their residents. The food is good, and they offer many activities, even for the memory care residents. I only have good things to say.

I have been performing musical entertainment at Dimensions for years. The residents seem very happy and often compliment the food and service. They love how Karl pays close attention to them, as a group and individually, when planning and supervising activities. I often describe it as "more of a resort" when making recommendations to anyone who asks me about it.

Since my Dad has been living in Dimensions Memory Care, the staff there has been so excellent that my whole family has benefitted. We were made to feel so welcome by Tonya, Karl, and the whole gang that cares for the residents. We are comforted to know that the staff truly goes out of their way to enthusiastically make sure the residents are having their needs met and having some fun along the way. Thank you for excelling at your callings.

I've been doing "sing alongs" every third Friday at Dimensions. The Staff is so friendly and helpful during the sessions. The residents seem to be enjoying themselves., singing along and playing some of the "instruments" that are available. I've brought along some friends to join in the singing and it's hard to tell sometimes, who's having more fun! It's a very positive and joyful way to spend a Friday afternoon. I'm hoping that when I get to the point where I'll be needing some living assistance that Dimensions will be available to me.

The management and staff at Dimensions in Stevens Point are incredibly kind, caring, empathetic, and professional individuals. My mother has lived at Dimensions since 2020. I visit regularly and often watch how the staff interact with the individuals in their care. They joke around and have fun with residents. They're helpful and they frequently go out of their way to make sure the unique needs of each resident is being met. They are sincerely interested in the care and well-being of the people they have been entrusted to assist. I really appreciate how they treat my family member with the same kindness and compassion that they would treat theirs.
