DISCOVERY VILLAGE AT ALLIANCE TOWN CENTER

There are no adequate words to describe the experience of transitioning my parents to this facility. They do not officially become residents until 2-23; however, our family can honestly say that it already feels like home. Every person we have met, every meeting we have attended and the delicious lunch we shared have all created a feeling of love, security and happiness for my parents. Thank you to the residents and the staff who have loved on ALL of us! Daniel, we love you for who you are, what you represent and the caring ways you have made this a beautiful transition.

I am on a Wait List at this facility. I visited and immediately fell in love. First their location is 5 Star. The Concierge (Rob) is friendly, knowledgeable and immediately made me feel welcome! The Sales Directors Cindi and Kim have been most helpful and are willing to answer all your doubts and questions. Believe me I have called many times and also visited more than once to revisit model apartments. They have so much to offer: Security, Meal Plans, on site Physical Therapy and exercise programs, indoor heated pool, Massage and Hair Studios. Many activities, beautiful environment and surroundings. If you take into consideration, all they offer ELECTRICITY water Internet, free breakfast and all the services prices are fair.You will not regret DISCOVERY VILLAGE for sure!

Mom has been here 3 years and had some medical issues that were well taken care of. The facility is clean and always smells good, which is very good. They are very open to family visits, taking our families out for trips or vacations. One of the bonuses here is the majority of all staff are kind and considerate. Another is the on site physical and occupational therapy! Can’t say enough about the physical therapy here. It has made a huge difference in the quality of life for my mother.

My mother has been in the Memory Care facility at Discovery Village for a year now. The level of care they provide is outstanding! They’re on top of all her medications, Glaucoma’s eye drops and maintaining her oxygen tanks. The residents can sign up with a Geriatrics practice as their PCP that will make rounds every week; if your loved one needs X-rays, blood work, etc it can all be done in the convenience of their own room. The staff is delightful and easy to partner with. The facility is beautiful and kept real clean.

We moved my mother here in Spring 2024 from another memory care facility. Janet and Kim went the extra mile to transition my mom and the staff has been amazing. The facility is very clean and my mom receives fantastic care. Kim has worked tirelessly to adjust her meds and advocate for her healthcare with hospice. I visit at various times and I see a variety of staff members- always engaged with the residents and communicating how things are going. Communication and care is top notch!
