DISCOVERY VILLAGE AT SARASOTA BAY

My in -laws are at Discovery and could not be happier. Initially, we were met by Michel Parker who could not be more patient and trully concerned about our parents well being. He is always concerned about our well being.The food is always great. The variety of menu options are amazing. the chef (John) won #1 in Florida for all retirement homes in a state wide contest.

I have both parents in Discovery Village. My mother is in memory care. Dad is in independent living.. The staff is absolutely positive and happy. We have enjoyed Discovery Village for the past year. I attribute the success of both facilities to Nicole. She works after hours, rolls up her sleeves and is always positive , happy and reassuring. Discovery Village staff has become family. This is absolutely the best place to live. The people that live here are so happy. It is like a cruise ship that has run aground.

My husband is a relatively new resident (4 months) at Assisted Living at Discovery Village at Sarasota Bay. Both my husband and I are extremely happy with his improved quality of life and well being at Discovery Village. I never expected to see the surprising progress he's made since he moved in - both physically and emotionally he's much more independent and engaged with life! I spend lots of time with him and in fact I decided to move into Discovery Village at Sarasota Bay's Independent Living community which is located within the same campus as Assisted Living to be near him. Win - win! :-) What makes Discovery Village at Sarasota Bay so outstanding? * the top notch management team and the entire staff who are experienced, knowledgeable, professional, thoughtful, and extremely effective making the residents happy. * the residents are a diverse, upbeat, and welcoming group * the apartments and community spaces are lovely and well appointed, and extremely safe from any hazards * amenities, events, and services are amazing * food is excellent - there are so many choices * onsite medical services and support is great Discovery Village at Sarasota Bay...thank you and well done!

I can't say enough good things about the Assisted Living at Discovery Village in Sarasota! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and at ease. The staff is incredibly caring, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile. My mother has been living here for several months now, and it has truly been a life-changing experience. The facility is beautiful, clean, and feels like a home, not just a place to stay. The activities and social events are fantastic and keep everyone engaged and active. The nursing staff is professional and compassionate, and I feel confident that my Mom is getting the best care possible. Communication with the management team is excellent, and they are always available to answer questions or address any concerns. If you're looking for a warm, safe, and supportive environment for your loved one, Discovery Village is the place to be. I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done to make this transition smooth and positive. Highly recommend!

A beautiful, new building that’s been home to us for 9 months. The staff is caring, the food is excellent, the activities plentiful and residents are happy to be here and friendly and welcoming to all. We enjoy the resort vibe of the community where our apartment has beautiful finishes and the entire complex has amazed our family and made us grateful to call Discovery our home.
