This facility is a pain to work with. Communicating resident needs to the administrators is a black hole where requests go to die. The quality of life of my resident is sufficient, but hardly desirable. The Nurses & CNAs are great people, but are too busy to provide adequate responses to call lights and the laundry service here is unable to keep up with the expectations they set. Would love to see some of these issues addressed with adequate staffing and visible administrators.

My mother is a patient there & since her start the attendants have allowed her to urinate on herself multiple times without any assistance. The NP & or Director of Nursing denied her adequate medications that relieve her from pain from a fall. They've given her less than a Pain Mgmt Actual physician had prescribed to her. This place is a nightmare and needs to be investigated. Attorneys need to be involved, I'm certain there would be multiple lawsuits of neglect. If my mother cannot receive the correct attention needed, I will be getting involved Attorneys and filing neglect charges against the staff, the NP & all that's involved. You need to address these complaints immediately, because if any of this happens again, Attorney's like Morgan & Morgan will be contacted!!!

I have met so many wonderful people at Charlestown Place. There are so many caregivers who are dedicated to caring for our community. They collaborate as a team to give excellent care to their residents!

I have had a wonderful experience here at Charlestown Place. They have taken great care of me and my wife. The therapy and nursing team have been so kind and are helping me to get back to my normal functioning level.

Kathryn with admissions has been one of the sweetest most amazing person she went above and beyond to coordinate getting our family member into rehab fast and smoothly! our family member has been here now 4 months and the progress he has made and see therapy Tod and Tony work with him has been great! he came in and couldn’t move his lower body now he’s up walking and doing better then ever! thank you Charlestown place for everything!
