I can honestly say this is one of the best assisted living and memory care facilities I have seen in the State of Michigan, or anywhere in the Midwest for that matter. The dedication and compassion that I have witnessed here not only from the management but from all staff members has been truly inspiring! Charter Senior Living Stepping stone falls has more activities and group opportunities than anywhere I have seen. I was very impressed with the company’s mission statement. “Enhance the human spirit” it really says it all. This isn’t just a home where your loved ones are cared for physically, they are loved, they are laughed with, they are truly valued for who they are here!

Working with many assisted livings, Charter Senior Living of Stepping Stone Falls stands out as an exceptional community. From a professional standpoint, the management team is highly organized and communicative. The staff is consistently courteous, professional, and dedicated to the residents' well-being. The atmosphere of warmth and respect is impressive. Staff members engage with residents in a kind, patient, and compassionate way. Residents appear to be happy and well-cared for.

What a difference Charter Senior Living has made here! Ever since the new ownership came in, I’ve noticed big changes for the better. The staff is friendlier and more attentive, the management team is hands-on and caring, and the whole environment feels fresh and inviting. The activities are wonderful, the atmosphere is joyful, and it finally feels like a place where people are celebrated, not just cared for. It’s clear to me that this is a company with heart. I’m so thankful these owners took over recently!

My aunt recently moved in a month ago and we have had an incredible experience with all staff. They have been so respectful and always willing to help with friendly smiles and a warm welcoming. The Executive Director Kim Gaunt is an outstanding leader who truly cares about both residents and staff, she leads with professionalism, compassion and integrity!

The new owners “Charter Senior Living” care more about their elderly than any assisted living facility I have seen. They have not only gotten rid of the old employees that were causing harm and issues but they have been re doing the entire place! I am really impressed it’s one of the nicest assisted livings in our area! The old owners and old place have been shut down and I’m so glad because this new place is a place that cares and loves their people like family! Very impressed
