DOUBLE CREEK ASSISTED LIVING AND MEMORY CARE

I help families find the right senior living community for their loved ones and have toured multiple senior living communities in the area and this one is definitely in the top 10%. The community is really beautiful and well thought out. But, that’s not all that matters when choosing a community. I was most impressed with the compassion the staff gave in their memory care wing. I have been visiting senior livings for over 20 years and I can tell when staff knows how to work with patients with dementia and I picked up on it right away that the staff here knew what they were doing. You could see it on the residents’ faces as well that they had dignity and felt loved. The staff also seemed relaxed and happy, which is a great sign of good leadership. For the assisted living side, there are many pluses as well. There is a huge multipurpose studio for art, games, etc. Another compliment I want to give to this place is their good lighting and wide hallways which make it feel very spacious and welcoming. This place has a very comfortable vibe to it such as a nice hotel or lodge. I look forward to getting to know this place better.

Double creek has been amazing to work with! Their staff and faculty are super nice and very easy to get along with and they treat everyone with so much kindness and respect! Highly recommend them if your needing help with finding a new living facility!!

Double Creek is a beautiful assisted living facility and the staff are truly incredible. They are very attentive and kind to their residents making sure everyone is well taken care of and feels at home. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Sherrean goes above and beyond every day to make sure everyone feels welcome, valued, and loved. The team at DC really made what could’ve been a very stressful transition, into a warm “welcome home” Angie and Rene were on top of every detail leading and guiding us through the processes of moving into Assisted Living. It can be very difficult for someone to give up living an independent lifestyle in their own home, then to transition into an assisted living lifestyle . The team at DC have truly created a culture within their community that is inviting and encouraging to keep the residents engaged and active . Just in the short amount of time that my friend has lived at DC she has done more social activities there, than she has in the past years of living independently.
