Personal items, expensive items go missing. Period. Luxury robes, spa products, jewelry. It’s been over 6 years since my grandmother was here, but they DID steal her belongings. At first we thought she was paranoid when she constantly told us she was being robbed. Then we noticed that even her expensive bedding was no longer on her bed with zero explanation and she WASN’T incontinent....even by their own admission! They did not neglect, abuse, or mistreat her as far as we know and I’m not accusing them of that, at all!! However, all the very expensive items we bought for her just seemed to disappear and nobody could give us a clear answer as to why this happened. She was not allowed outdoor privileges, so she could not have gifted these items to others. They were simply taken from her. The gifts her family gave her for her comfort just stollen. Again....period. Hard to prove but harder to disprove when her ONLY caregivers had zero explanations as to where a nearly bedridden woman’s belongings went!!

I have known the owner for many years, she has always been a loving and warm person. When you look at her website I love all the portraits of the wonderful ladys!
