I can’t say enough good things about this place! The staff is super friendly and always goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels at home. The facility is clean, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. My loved one feels safe, comfortable, and genuinely happy here. The activities and social events keep everyone engaged and entertained. We’re so grateful to have found such a caring community for our family. Highly recommend!

This is a great place to be. It’s well kept and always clean. Every time I visit, the staff has always been friendly and the residents look happy. Rooms and common areas are larger than most and there’s always something to do. Definitely a home like feel!

Toured this facility with my father. Nice and clean and smelled nice. Patients in the lobby area and were chatting with each other. Caregivers are friendly and reception is also friendly. Rooms are nice and spacious …new floors. Nice patio garden area for patients to get some fresh air and quiet time. I really liked the upstairs lounge area it looked so peaceful. We are really looking for a place that is updated and this facility is the best one we have seen so far.

Fantastic place for loved ones. Excellent care and lively ambience. My favorite quality of the place is their staff. The staff's preparedness, knowledge, transparency, and compassion is why I chose Downey Retirement Center and why my mother (who suffers from dementia) continues to happily reside in the Oasis Memory Care living quarters. The staff has been welcoming, very understanding, and incredibly helpful from the very beginning, not only to my mother, but to my family and I as well. I like that I can communicate easily with the staff; talk and even text them about any concerns at any time. I feel safe knowing my mother is happy and is always in good hands. In a way, I feel like the community has become a part of my family too, which is more than I could have ever asked for!
