A lovely little home in Stanley where the residents seem happy and content, the outdoor areas are clean and well maintained for outdoor activities.

The new director is very motivated and caring. Brilliant ideas!

What a mistake it was to put my mom in this facility. Staff didn’t watch my mom who walked out numerous times and she fell even tho she had a walker too often. Staff had a habit of embellishing how she was adapting. This place was a nightmare! When we moved her to a facility in Eau Claire she had a huge bruise covering her entire cheek. I do not recommend placing your loved ones here.
