Dyer Nursing And Rehabilitation Center

Just came to visit my sister for Valentine's Day I must say I'm now making arrangements for my sister to come live with me this place is always short staffed the aids always short nobody wants to work at that place I see some aids not doing nothing call lights on and they just right there talking if I can give zero stars I would my sister won't be in this place much longer they can't never keep staff in this place. What's the issue that all the aids keep quitting are they drained from having double the work load everyday this place is ridiculous . I would say it's like this because of the weekend but I can during the week as well no change this place needs to be shut down

If you consider sending your loved one to this “nursing and rehabilitation center” I strongly advise you to reconsider. This is a facility if you would even call it that, where what it seems like no patient is truly being cared for. My grandmother was brought in this past weekend and the stay was very short lived to say the least, due to their nursing staff and subpar service. The staff showed little to no effort for anyone but themselves, staff was seen lounging around while other residents called for aid. The facility had no security, how can they provide safety and reassurance for their patients if there is no security? Building looks to be falling apart, seems fitting. Save your time and money and choose a true nursing and rehabilitation center that actually cares for their patients.

Staff is excellent and cares about the residents. Therapy knew it was my goal to get me to assisted level and they did a really good job for almost 8 months working with me. Danielle checked on me every month also and brought me to AL to see rooms. I am very Happy she wanted me here and Maggie has been wonderful in her place! Thank you!

I was placed in the Dyer Indiana Nursing and Rehabilitation Center during January 9th thru January 30th I was placed in the care, Of Angie and TEDO. Their care showed me an unbelievably tremendous amount of care, compassion, and professional attire that was given to me during my stay. I also want to thank the CNA's, and AIDS. for their professional compassionate care that was given to me. I also want to thank the Doctor and Social Services that were given to me during my stay. I almost didn’t make the call, but I’m glad I did, I’m not gonna lie a few bad reviews can through a person off, but I made the call. Spoke with the Director of nursing, I believe she said her name was Danielle. Very Pleasant, respectful and reassuring. Next step is the meeting not gonna lie the conversation sold me I think my Nana will be just fine there.
