WARNING WARNING WARNING!!!! DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! We contacted the police and the police contacted the state Adult Protective Services. My father in law was left put in the hot sun for hours, his internal body temp when he was rushed to the hospital was over 105 degrees. He had a large stroke and is on a ventilator until the could bring his core temp down and was in ICU for several days. When I called down the extremely rude and inflammatory manager said it was his fault and only his fault because he wanted to have a nap outside when it was 108 degrees. When he was brought back the nurse told him to pull his feet up or he would drag them under the chair and kept snapping at him. They took him into his room and would not let us see what was happening, we seen them walking out with a camera. The clearly took photos of an 82 year old man naked without our permission, the abuse is sickening. To the male nurse who snapped at him and took his cloths off, you and I will be talking in person. To the female staff thar couldn't say a single word to us or apologize for leaving an 81 year old man outside for hours, this is far from over. Shame on you for this, he can no longer speak from the effects of the stroke. You're about to be famous.

I feel so fortunate to have my Mom at Eagle Springs. They provide the services to keep my mom as happy and healthy as possible. They have activities to keep the residents engaged socially and having some fun. They are very aware of what the residents are doing and what their needs are. They call me if there is a change, an issue, or something I need to know about. They respond quickly when I have a question or need to communicate something to them. They are kind to the residents. I trust them.

Eagle Springs provides a safe, comfortable, warm, and caring environment for my grandfather, who is unable to live independently due to the severity of his dementia. I was very apprehensive about placing him in memory care at first, but the great staff at Eagle Springs have taken consistently great care of him, and helped to make it a positive experience.
