A great community with great hearts to cater for residents. Professionalism is seen everywhere in the facility. I like their protectiveness and quick responses to issues. I will recommend East Towne to anybody looking for an Assisted Living facility in the Charlotte Metro. East Towne will take care of you!

East Towne Assisted Living has renovated! Great staff during this hard time. I enjoy coming in to see everyone every time.

This place should be Shut down. They are always out of food. Why are the residents going to the kitchen to eat and being told they are out of food!!!!!!!! This happens daily Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. WHAT ARE THE RESIDENTS PAYING FOR!!!! THIS PLACE IS TAKING THEIR MONEY!! Sometimes they are told they can make them a HAM SANDWICH. MOST OF THE SENIORS THERE ARE DIABETIC !!!!!!!!! THE FOOD IS ALWAYS SALTY!!! THEY NEVER MAKE FOOD FOR THE RESIDENTS WITHOUT SALT! THEY NEVER HAVE ENOUGH FOOD!!! IF the residents (SENIORS) dont have snacks in their rooms they would Starve! They do not take care of the Seniors AT THIS DISGUSTING place at all! They are Taking their money! The lazy workers never give the residents their mail . So don't send out money in an envelope to your love one there. The workers are stealing the Seniors mail and they give the Seniors their mail three weeks late. The workers never answer the phone when you call there and no one is at the desk at night to open the door. You will be standing outside ringing the bell for 20 minutes. The media and Better Business Bureau WILL be notified.

As soon as I walked inside the doors, I was greeted with style and class from a employee that was extra helpful...the administration staff awesome helpful and friendly. Also the residents was very friendly. It was clean neat and comfortable. I loved my experience first time visit.
