EASTSIDE ACTIVE LIVING

This is the best nicest place that I have lived at since my stroke in 2020. I would like to also say that Lana l a n n a is the greatest manager that I've ever worked under as far as management here she is awesome and tries as hard as she can to make sure that all of our needs are met. Also the food here is great! Oh, and by the way, the laundry technician is also awesome my clothes come back nice and clean and folded and I'm very appreciative of that thank you!

I assist seniors who need health care services in the South Florida region, and it’s not in my character to write a negative review. However, this facility is not a great one; possibly one of the worst I’ve visited. The front desk receptionists are extremely unpleasant and unresponsive. At first, I thought I received the cold shoulder because I’m a vendor seeking to provide resources to their seniors, but after speaking with some of the residents, it seems to be an organizational issue. The facility would greatly benefit from creating a more hospitable environment and being more open to partnerships that aim to enhance and assist their staff in providing better care for their wonderful residents.

I came to Eastside via three other assisted-living facilities only to find that this place was the real deal. They care. They’re concerned their compassionate when something needs to get done and gets done right away where I’ve been and I must say that Lady, a lady by the name of Lana started here as an Director the same day that I arrived and she’s been nothing short of fantastic every time I eat something she was there she never forgot she remembers and she cares and she was very compassionate!! Relationship relationship! Eastside active Living assisted-living, great location good food great service!!!!!

Hands down the best ALF place in south Florida. First of all location,you literally within walking distance to the Hollywood Beach with all available things to do at the beach. Next very important thing is Food, with variety of available options and a chef will keep you full all the time, you get snacks between meals. Third item is the medical care, they will take care of your medicine, you get to see a doctor every week for n Wednesdays and if you need to see a specialist they will give you a referral and help you get an appointment and arrange transportation if you need. Also they make your rooms every day and change linen quilt often. I can continue but I think I mentioned most important aspects and lastly I want to appreciate our owner Ivan and administrator Rose they really involved in all activities going on at the property with help from his side. I forgot to say that this place is clean inside and outside,you’ll find freshly painted walls and wood fencing. I highly recommend this for everyone who is looking for permanent home in long term. The staff is amazing! My neighbors are very friendly and I love living here! They are great apartments/studios, also in the best location! 5 min drive to the beach and boardwalk. Next to us we have 2 state outdoor nature parks and also a golf course(not on Eastside property) but it's a quick walk and is open to the public.The maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others."
