Moving is one of the most stressful things in life and finding a new place to call home is another story. There are hundreds and thousands of apartments to search for, and they all look the same (new construction, updated kitchen, new upgrades on the flooring, pool, close to stores and so forth) ALL THE SAME and Mesa Village is just another apartment to look at. Great location - checked! Great size - checked! but I have to say that what makes Mesa Village Apartments stands out from the rest is they have Mr. Carnell Sims as their Property Manager. Professional - checked! Responsive - checked! Kindness - checked! Reliable - checked! Honest - checked! If it was not for his patience and prompt assistance, we would not have experience the great living we are experiencing here now at Mesa Village Apartments - 5 STARS is all I can give in google but his service is worth 10 STARS!!

This complex was a great place to live when Alexis was the manager. The new manager does not seem to have any respect for residents or any interest in keeping this rental property in habitable condition. People are moving out faster than they're moving in. Spend some time here and you'll quickly see why. If you're considering moving here, I'd recommend chatting with some of the residents first. We've lost some good neighbors to bad business management.

I absolutely love living here! The property is always clean and my neighbors are quiet, respectful and friendly! If you need any help, the leasing office manager, Alexis, is the best! She is responsive and really takes care of the tenants! Michael the maintenance manager is quick to fix any issues in your apartment and super respectful of your home. Thank you Mesa Village!

Got to say, renting an apartment here was one of the best decisions I've ever made! The expensive rent can't be helped considering the location, but I believe that we're getting a great bang for our buck with the amount of space as opposed to comparable apartments in Mira Mesa. Alexis is very courteous and has moreover helped me out in a lot of ways, and the inclusive parking is very rare to find in San Diego. Overall, definitely recommend residing here!
