The evening team members were very helpful, courteous and attentive! Residents were happy chatting in the lobby. Area was very clean and updated.

Beware if transferring your relative from another facility. They go above and beyond to violate HIPAA and illegally obtain information to deny your relative access even after you are promised a spot. They will also claim a resident being mistreated with skin break down and constant falls is safe. Which is just a pathetic attempt of an excuse when an employee slips up and admits to said illegal action.

The staff is wonderful and our mom is so happy living there. It was a very easy transition for her.

We initially chose Echo Hills for their location and cost. What we found when Dad moved in was impressive. The facility was obviously designed by experts in assisted living design. The rooms were large and thoughtfully laid out to facilitate moving Dad's own furniture in with him. The facility is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean and good smelling. Maintenance was always available to help when we needed them. The best part of Echo Hills, however, is the people. All of them, from top to bottom, exemplified an active commitment to excellence. The chefs took pride in their cooking and it showed. The nursing and care staff never gave us less than their best. They were ingenious in personalizing call buttons and safety devices to best suit Dad's needs. They were helpful and caring well beyond our expectations and have our families' gratitude. If you are looking into assisted living for someone you love, I advise you to please put this beautifully managed facility at the top of your list.

My parents moved into Echo Hills in January 2022 after my father’s decreasing health meant they both needed additional support. Since the first day, the staff at Echo Hills has gone out of their way to make my parents welcome and comfortable. The food is nutritional and well prepared, and they have multiple special activities. The facilities are brand new and fantastic. But most importantly, they respond when needed. When my father had a stroke, the whole team pulled together and set up hospice support right at Echo Hills. I highly recommend this facility for those who are looking for a healthy, productive, and supportive assisted living environment.
