Eden Vista in Fond du Lac is a lovely community and place to call home. The care team truly loves all the residents. It’s a smaller community which is nice. Their team is passionate at providing amazing care. Great meals, fun activities, and wonderful people! Denise, the director is the heart of the community! That warmth is felt the moment you walk in the door and by the entire team!

Our mom has been in Eden Vista since July and it has been so great. Music, activities, Christmas party, etc. So happy to know she is safe and secure. Thank you

We moved my mother to Eden Vista Fond du Lac in May. We have been very pleased. Her needs have been attended to and the staff really cares about the residents. We are always kept up to date with everything with our mom.

Eden Vista in Fonddulac. Staff seemed upset that they had to open the door for us. No Verbal greeting. Kitchen messy. Clothes all over the place. No where to sit. Dirty clothes all over the floor spilling out of the laundry room. Down the hall had a strong urine smell that hurt your nose. Resident trying to do her bedding. Mattress was so badly stained and had a huge dip in the middle. Saw only two staff in building.
