Red Lemans
Quality of services has gone down dramatically in the past 4 - 5 years. Staff turnover is very high, a lot of part-time staff makes for inconsistent care, quite a few open positions, went a few weeks without cleaning staff, grounds not maintained regularly, dining experience is only fair, residents leaving to move to other locations, etc. Often wonder if anyone from headquarters really knows anything about current services and residents' care?
