My mother lived in this fantastic facility. Sarah, the director, is the caring, compassionate and straightforward. My Mom felt at home very soon after she moved in. Heather, lead nurse, was on top of Mom’s medical needs and ensured she stayed connected with her specialist doctors. I highly recommend Edgewood Castle Hills as an Assisted Living Facility.

My dad lived at Edgewood for a year. Our experience was fabulous. It's a happy place. It is always clean and has a fresh smell. Staff is exemplary! My dad received exceptional care! There's exercise classes and outings and performers and visitors that come, celebrations for every occasion. My dad felt at home right away. The grounds are pretty and well kept. Mason the handyman is so kind and helpful. The residents are welcoming. My dad was well loved and cared for here. I will be forever grateful to the staff for their loving care. This is a place that knows how to care for people!

I am so immensely grateful to the director, staff and facility of Castle Hills Edgewood. Not only is it beautifully located and clean, but the people here go above and beyond in their care for my father. They work to consider his needs and provide him with an excellent, safe place to call home. I will forever be indebted to what Sarah and the nurses do to ensure his wellbeing

Wonderful facility with caring and thoughtful staff. My 95 yo father has resided at Castle Hills two years and we couldn’t be more grateful of the care he receives. Thanks!!

Unfortunately profit is management’s only concern. They will accept anyone, even those whose needs can’t be met. While they expect you to pay an arm and a leg, they will also be cutting back, even on basic needs like tissue paper. Regardless of how hard working some caretakers may be, the reality is it’s always short staffed with too many residents to care for. Ultimately, if you or your family has more demanding needs, this will not be the right place for them, as there’s typically only two PCA working at a time to 60 residents, making it impossible to provide the care your loved ones deserve.
