I had a great experience overall with this nursing home. The facility was extremely clean and well maintained, which immediately stood out to me. Even more impressive was the staff — they were absolutely amazing. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely caring, which made a big difference. It’s clear they take pride in both their work and the people they care for. I would highly recommend this nursing home to anyone looking for a safe, welcoming, and compassionate environment.

Had lunch with a friend who lives there on Mon. Even though she'd love to be in her own house still, realizes it's a nice place to be. Enjoys playing Bridge and other cards and has made friends. Also said the food is very good

This assisted living facility, Meadow Winds, is wonderful. The staff is kind, attentive, and truly caring, and the facility is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The activities are engaging, the meals are good, and most importantly, my loved one is happy and well cared for. I have complete peace of mind knowing they are in such a supportive environment. Highly recommend

DO NOT PLACE ANY LOVED ONE IN THIS FACILITY!!!!!! Staff had been doing some very questionable things to my mother while in their care for dementia. One staff member, Kendra, took out a POA on her with the assistance of Meadow Wind director, Kandus, giving herself medical power and staff members mother financial power. That same staff member, Kendra, had removed my mother’s keys to her vehicles and her home and had them on her person for a couple of days, verified through text message from the staff member. Kandus, one of the directors, will no longer give us the weekly updates we had been receiving prior to this stunt they pulled, after we had the POA dissolved by my mother’s attorney. Staff has since blocked our phone numbers in my mother’s phone, and has threatened to contact the authorities if we attempt to visit. Please note that we had arraignments to remove her from this facility and they pulled a miracle on a Sunday, the day after we gave notice , and magically had a POA and now they are trying everything ethically wrong to isolate her from all of her family and gain control of her assets taking advantage of her diminishing mental capacity. We have asked that the staff member who did this not have contact or access to my mother, again, no response. We have emails asking about the HIPPA violations and Kandus will not acknowledge that part of the correspondence. This is all documented by email, text and phone calls. All locks to my mothers home have been changed by some one NOT FAMILY!!! All mail is missing from the home that has been put inside by those of us that have been collecting it. The is not all coincidental!!

DO NOT PLACE YOUR FAMILY HERE!!!! They will have their staff take advantage of cognitively impaired residents to take over their medical AND financial POA. A person who lacks cognition and diagnosed with advanced impairment is not legally allowed to sign legal documents without proper representation and Meadow Winds is refusing to acknowledge this. The staff has violated HIPAA by involving their own family members in residents protected medical information to give them POA of resident finances. They also refused to release said residents to caring family members because of these incidents
