ALL STAFF IS AMAZING KIND AND VERY UNDERSTANDING!!! But, the front desk lady on fridays… seems to always be dressed provocative and not sure whats going on when i ask questions. For the first face you see when u walk in should not be a young girl in fishnets and booty shorts. Although the rest of this company is very outstanding, lets just make sure a dress code is put in place most elderly dont like to see things like this.

I was very nervous moving my mom into a memory care unit. The entire staff at Edgewood Eagle have been absolutely amazing with her transition there. They all work together, know and care about the residents. I can reach out anytime and their staff is right there to help. They have events organized throughout each week , music and even wine night. I feel very blessed I found a great place for mom.

My mom was a resident in the memory care for a year and a half. She just passed away yesterday. I have to say that she received the best care that I could have possibly wanted for her and more. They honestly cared so much for her and really had a lot of patience. She put them through the paces, but they all said how funny she was and how much they loved her. I couldn't believe all the outings that she went on while she was there. Way more than she ever told me about! They have pictures of how much fun she was having, her laughing and being silly. The care they gave was above par. As a nurse I have high expectations, and they met those expectations. Those caregivers don't get paid enough, that's for sure! LOL

My mom was in the Memory Care unit for a little over 2 years. During that time I was impressed how the staff took such good care of her, treating her with dignity, compassion and humor. I also have had a few conversations with the Executive Director who was generous with her time answering my questions. Would definitely recommend this facility.

I have a sister in Edgewood Creek Eagle Island, and I am so grateful for their staff and the care they give her and also to me. I know this kind of personal attention and kindness is an immediate reflection of their head administrator Suzie. Suzie has always made me feel as if my concerns and questions are important. I know whenever there is a problem or issue with my sister, Suzie has always understood and found a solution. I feel my sister has the best care possible, never ignored and her care is first and foremost important to every person that works in this facility. For the first time, since my sister has been in Idaho, she is happy and content, which give me ultimate peace of mind.
