We are grateful that this is the place our mom calls home! From the moment you walk in, you are always greeted by friendly and helpful staff. There’s always something delicious cooking in the kitchen, or you can hear the residents, laughing and having fun. They come up with amazing ways for the residents to have fun. Picnic’s at the park, art, or root beer floats in the courtyard. Thank you Edgewood Spring Creek Ustick! We love you!

I probably will write another review once our dear mother has been there longer than four months. But I wanted to get this written now. My seven brothers and sisters and I are very protective of our Mom. The staff here have been wonderful during the transition. We are all happy with the care and attention she is receiving. More importantly, she feels safe and comfortable here. Moving her from where she has lived for 93 years was tough so of course we were worried that she would be traumatized. She shed tears and felt frightened at first. Now she looks forward to meals and is increasingly participating in activities. It helps that she has four children and their spouses visiting frequently. We like it there too. Thank you Kim, Karen, Liz, Chuck, Miranda, Larry, Iris, Ashley, Bailey, Fatima, and Missy for everything you are doing to help our Mom adjust to her home.

My Mother is a resident of Spring Creek and I have nothing but good things to say about the people who work there and the facility itself. Im a bit unusual in that try to visit my mother every day and see how all the workers treat my Mother and the other residents. To a person, they treat all of those in their care with kindness and patience. When my Sister and I began the process of managing our Mother's affairs we met with an eldercare attorney (Sean Beck) to make sure we were protecting our Mother as she continued to decline. We discussed choosing a care facility and Sean commented that it's difficult to make recommendations as a great facility on day can fall apart the next with a change in leadership. Kimberly Clark has run Spring Creek since it opened years ago and has clearly built an incredible culture of caring and compassion over the years. This one fact is what I believe really separates Spring Creek from others that we considered. We looked at much more expensive places to place our Mother. However, at the end of the day you are really selecting people who you most trust with your loved one: We couldn't be happier and more at peace with our decision.

My mother lived at Spring Creek Ustick for 2 1/2 years. Her and our experience there was amazing. The staff are professional, caring and loving. She truly thrived emotionally and socially. When her health worsened until she passed, they gave her respect and continued to care for her in the most loving way. They expressed true sorrow at her passing and showed us, as her family, so much compassion. I would highly and honestly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe and caring home for their loved one to live. Kim is one of the best managers I've ever encountered. The nursing staff is not just well trained, but compassionate. Michelle provides fun and engaging activities for all the residents. All staff truly seem to enjoy their work and see it as not just a job, but a vocation. The place is clean, extremely well maintained and cared for. The food provided is nutritious and tastes good. I never worried about the care my mother was given and had peace of mind each day she was living there. Thank you, Edgewood, for making the last 2 years of my mother's life so happy and full.

My mother has been a resident here for almost 2 years. I live very closeby so I pop in at all times throughout the week. Every single time I visit, I see very attentive, loving care coming from the staff members while treating each person's needs with kindness, understanding & respect. It takes very special people to deal so professionally with such a wide array of personalities, from the residents & their families, who individually come from many diverse backgrounds & lifestyles. Trying to blend all of that together & meet everyone's concerns is extremely difficult, but the staff at Spring Creek, from the director to all of the other very talented team members, give 100% to that effort. I feel totally confident, secure & at peace with the care my mother receives from her "helpers" at this stage in her life. She tells me how much she loves them & can't say enough about how much they do for her. The facility is always very clean & feels very homey at first glance. The kitchen staff does an awesome job of creating menus & various dishes. I've had other family members in similar facilities in the past & this one has shown me the best of the best. I couldn't be more grateful for their support! Highly recommended!
